Age :21, 23 or 25 years, according to the car group.

Additional Driver :

With the consent of the renter, the vehicle may be driven by other persons. Conditions and possible charge available from Metro Reservation Office.

Driving licence :

Resident Customers: All the Resident customers must hold a local driver licenses

Visitors (visit Visa) – All the visitors from the below countries are allowed to driver in the UAE with their local valid driving license:

UK,USA, FRANCE, JAPAN, BELGIUM, HOLAND , SWITZERLAND, DENAMARK , AUSTRIA , IRELAND , SWEDEN, GREECE, GERMANY , ITALY, NORWAY, TURKEY, CANADA, POLAND , REPUBLIC OF KOREA, FINLAND, REPUBLIC OF SOULD AFRICA , AUSTRIALIA, NEW ZELAND AND ROMANIA

Note: The customer must hold a passport and driver’s license from the same country.

Visitors from Korea, Japan, Turkey & Greece: Visitors from the republic of Korea, Japan, Turkey and Greece are requested to have a translation of their licenses approved by the council / Embassy.

Visitors (other countries): Visitors from other countries must bring their international Driver License to driver in UAE

GCC Visitors (Original GCC ID): Visitors Original ID GCC allow for them to driver with their driver licenses in UAE

GCC Visitors (Foreigner ID): Visitors Not original ID GCC allows for them to drive with GCC Driver license, if their resident visa in GCC is valid and they are entering the UAE with Visit Visa.

Cash Rental deposit :

Credit Cards Accepted :

American Express, Diners Club, Euro Card, Master Card, Visa.

Insurances :

Deductible Collision Damage, C.D.W., S.C.D.W. and P.A.I.: Charges may vary by station and by car group.

Delivery / Collection

Available Within and Outside City limits.

A) Domestic: Available between Metro stations.

B) International: Not Available.

Restriction Of Use :

Certain driving restrictions may apply for driving into certain countries. Details are available from Metro Reservation Office.

Chauffeur Driven Service :
